I specialize in marriage and family challenges including;

  • Conflict stemming from teen gaming/phone/porn addiction

  • Challenges in marital or pre-marital communication

  • Infidelity recovery

  • Parenting struggles (lack of communication, discipline & behavioral management)

Alongside my work in couples and family therapy, I provide care for individuals facing emotional and behavioral challenges such as:

  • Anxiety/stress

  • Low self esteem

  • Depression

  • Anger

  • Life transitions

*I also offer therapy in Spanish for those who prefer to speak in Spanish during counseling sessions. I am a fluent bilingual therapist providing services in both English and Spanish.

I take a direct approach in therapy, giving you honest feedback while creating a supportive space. Among several styles of therapy that may be a good fit for you, I mostly use CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and Strategic approaches to help you reframe unhelpful thoughts and break negative patterns.

Maggie was my favorite therapist and role model, she led me to great things by talking to me as a friend would.. I looked forward to seeing her weekly. She helped me become the best version of myself

I went to Maggie for my son and myself. My son had always experience difficulty sharing his emotions and feelings. Maggie changed that for him. After a few sessions, he became excited about therapy and would wait for his sessions with her. Maggie is amazing at was she does and we are beyond grateful for her.

We went to Maggie for couple's therapy. Because of her, we are now engaged and doing so well! She was absolutely amazing and we wouldn't be were we are without her help. She is my life saver!

From the moment I met Maggie, she continued to make a great impact on how I saw the world. I used to see all gray, but with her help, I now see light in the darkness. She is kind, bubbly, and a great listener.
